AWOP is a very smart system specifically designed for the management of festivals.

AWOP utilizes RFID technology to control and monitor every monetary transaction at a festival, it is battery powered, mobile and it can be run standalone or with a wireless hard drive back up.

AWOP gives festival organisers complete transparency of every transaction for every vendor on site thus giving you complete control of your event.

AWOP was developed in 2006 specifically to service the Rhythm and Vines New Year festival of around 20,000 people over seven days. AWOP has now been the main currency at many major events both in New Zealand and abroad.

AWOP will improve the management of your festival, it will tighten monetary control, it will reduce the opportunity for theft, it will speed up the bar service to the point where only half the normal bar staff are required. It can be used as ticket, it can be used for VIP access, it can be used as a meal token, it can be used as a bus, train, ferry pass, it can be used to reduce peak staff numbers and the data gathered can be used to analyse the event.

The AWOP system is completely designed in New Zealand, if you don't like it, then we have the skills and the knowledge to design a specific setup for your event based on your criteria.
